These are really good! I doubled the recipe for my family of 6 and served them with raw spiced apples, raisins, and pecans. Try to use bananas that are barely ripe, because overripe bananas are really high in sugar! I substituted sunflower seed butter for the almond butter. If you do not have coconut flour in your pantry you can use a different kind of flour…I highly recommend keeping it around, though. It’s expensive, but you don’t use very much. The kids loved them!
