Slow Cooker Chicken and Potatoes

Slow Cooker Chicken and PotatoesThis is an easy, healthy, inexpensive weeknight dinner!  I’m not going to give the exact amounts, because you can really use however much you want of each ingredient.  Make it fit for your family!

  • Chicken Tenders
  • Sweet and Red Potatoes (chopped, skin on)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Purple Cabbage
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh or Dried Herbs
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (I used about 1/3 cup)
  • Olive Oil (just a little)

Pile the ingredients into your slow cooker in the order they are listed.  Cook on low (or high if you’re in a hurry) until chicken is cooked and veggies are soft.  Enjoy!
