5 Minute Stir Fry Soup

In case you haven’t figured it out yet, Trader Joe’s is awesome.  They were serving something like this in their snack shack the other day, so Emi and I took their idea and ran with it.  It took me about 5 minutes to prepare, plus a few extra to make sure everything was heated through.  Just throw together the following ingredients and cook until the noodles are soft and the veggies and chicken are warm!  Of course all the ingredients can be found at Trader Joe’s, but I used brown rice pad thai noodles that I buy on Amazon, broken up into small pieces.  If you use brown rice spaghetti noodles it may take a few extra minutes to cook.  We topped it with seaweed (wasabi flavor for me) and sesame seeds.

2 Boxes Miso Ginger Broth

2 Bags Frozen Stir Fry Veggies

3 Green Onions, Diced

2 Cups Pre-cooked Chicken

1 Cup Small, Uncooked Brown Rice Noodles

Salt and Chili Pepper to Taste
