Well, you can see that I chose a picture that mainly shows the cup, not the actual smoothie on this one. It’s not the best color, but it is full of antioxidants and other great stuff that will help you heal from a cold or other sickness! The turmeric is anti-inflammatory, so it will work alongside the antioxidants from the fruits and veggies to calm down your aching body and get rid of the junk that comes from bad little viruses! I’m not giving you exact amounts…play around with it until it tastes good! All of my kids loved this, and they didn’t notice the turmeric!
Cuties (Small tangerines…I used about 1 per serving)
Organic Carrots (again, about 1 per serving)
Turmeric (about a teaspoon per serving…you won’t taste it)
Purple Kale (about a handful per serving)
Put them all in the blender and blend until smooth. If you have trouble getting all the ingredients to move try adding more liquid. Feel free to add other fruits or veggies!
