Apple Pumpkin Fall Smoothie

The Fall in Southern California can be pretty hot! In fact, when I developed this recipe, it had been in the 90s, and even over 100 degrees the entire week! Even on the warm days, though, I want the flavors of pumpkin and apple, and this Apple Pumpkin Fall Smoothie hits the spot…it’s actually pretty great on a cool day, as well! In the recipe I’ve given you options for either making it low carb or Paleo. Use the sweetener that works best for your food plan!
With coconut cream, spices, pumpkin, and almond butter, this smoothie is packed with healthy nutrients! The coconut cream and spices will help you process sugars. Of course, pumpkin has lots of fiber and vitamin A. Almonds have tryptophan in them, which is an important protein for healthy brain chemistry. Isn’t it nice to drink your nutrition in a tasty smoothie?

Before we get to the recipe for this Fall smoothie, I want to invite you to join with others who are making healthy changes. I’d love to walk alongside you in your journey towards wholeness and health!
