Cranberry sauce is one of the most important parts of my family’s Thanksgiving meal! I try to make it a few times in the month of November, so Jim can enjoy it all month. It’s his favorite part. This Low Carb Pineapple Cranberry Sauce is delicious on its own, with turkey, or on pancakes. I usually double the recipe, and save some in the freezer.
Both Cranberries and Pineapples are full of healthy nutrients! They’re high in fiber and antioxidants. Cranberries are particularly helpful for those with bladder problems. Pineapples make a great addition to Thanksgiving dinner, because they contain enzymes that aid in digestion. Since we didn’t jam this sauce with tons of sugar, you can feel good about eating it!
